drag queens make everything work. for a childs playset makeup to the top of the line stuff, like hip and mac

Most effective Drag is done with a really good foundation to even the tones and hide the 5 o'clock...also, shave just before applying your make-up and before the make-up use a good, light moisturizer, it will keep your skin clean and make the removal a little easier.
After you apply the foundation you can use whatever make-up you enjoy. Work with your natural tones and you will have a more polished look. If you want more of a camp look stick with the heavy applications of strong colors (think Joan Crawford c. 1960s & 70s)
Stage make-up is heavy and difficult to work with without experience. It looks unnatural close up and continued use will probably result in acne. However, from afar, with bright lights, it is the best, that is why they make it.

if you are a drag queen, or a man who dresses as a female for performance purposes, then the kind of make up you would use would be heavier make up than the avearage girl would use. Stage make up would be helpful as well as big bold colors.
This is a performance you need to make sure you are seen.

Any ol' makeup....there is nothing that says drag queens have to use different makeup....
Buy some Olay'...Bare Minerals works well too =]
If you're trying to go for that freakish dra queen-y look, I can't help you....but if you are trying to be natural, that's the way to go. =]

Good foundation .. false eyelashes are a must .. mascara .. eyeshadow and lip gloss
