If you're a cross-dresser & want to get your nails done, then now is the right time, Halloween's just around the corner, so get you nails done & what ever else you want to get done.

If you are a crossdresser, you should do whatever it is that makes you happy.
Get a manicure, get a pedicure, get your hair done, do it while still dressed as a boy or do it while dressed as a girl. The thing is to be comfortable with yourself and to be yourself.
If you aren't ready to come out as a crossdresser then don't. However because you are asking about it that suggests that may be it's time and you should.
