Absolutely! He can more than afford to pay for his child's education himself.

Yes. Also shows signs of a selfish, self-centered person who probably gets his way most of the time. I feel sorry for the son when he losses his mother and father. Guess Social Security will have to take care of his son.
The US America is becoming like Latin America. Rich get Richer. Poor get Poorer. And the middle class gets squeezed out. Bring on Socialism.

That's called a 'golden parachute'... I don't know why the share-holders of Viacom (and other companies with similar packages) put up with that kind of corruption.

Only because he IS rich was he able to afford to sue the city. Middle income parents sacrifice to send their children to private schools when they don't do well in public schools & never get reimbursed. They also can't afford to hire expensive lawyers....& They're the ones who need the reimbursements. Those judges should be ashamed of themselves!

Freston said all tuition reimbursements he has received from the city have been donated to special education programs for public school students.
Looks like he was trying to prove a point but you aren't interested in that are you.

Very interesting, but how do you find out who voted how? I tried, but can't find a list for this case.
