for hotspot/nerve pain on buttox area. Patient is irritable from pain and is in great deal of pain. Not like sciatica - more like inflammation in the nerve. Skin is not discolored but is very painful to touch.

Arnica's not helping much.

Doctors use the PDR, Physicians Desk Reference for pharmaceuticals. But there is also a PDR for herbal medicines. Most larger libraries should have a copy. It list ailments and what herbs could be used to help. It tells about historical usage, dosage, side effects, and much more. Way more than you thought was known about any herb in one book. Check it out.
