Yes, you can!
First, take it out of the package it was in.
Put it on a plate, cover it in paper towel (so it doesn't splatter) and put it in the microwave.
If your microwave has a "reheat" setting, use it. That way, the quesadilla won't dry out.
Try reheating it for about 10 to 20 seconds at a time so that you can stop and eat it when you think it's at the right temperature.

I have had them, I could reheat them. I would put them, wrapped in non-metallic wrapper (i don't remember if these come wrapped in foil or not - if they do, take them out of that and put into paper towels).
Put into microwave for 30 seconds. If the outside is cool to the touch, microwave for 15 more seconds. Repeat the 15 second heating until it is hot enough to steam a bit.

I use a pan or a griddle to reheat them. About 350 degrees for just a few minutes to get the shell crispy and heat up the inside.

Yes, but they come out better if you heat them up in the oven at 400 for about 10-15 minutes.

I usually preheat the griddle. Pop it in the microwave for 10 seconds then put it on the griddle so it gets crispy on the outside.

I would take warm it on a heated pan right on the stove, probably on low to medium, flip to do both sides. This way you get it warmed up and you get that little bit of crunch.
