Definitely, call the doctor. I have never heard of breast feeding causing a rash. It may just be a coincidence that the rash is also on your breasts. If I had to guess... allergic reaction, but see a professionals advice.

What drugs did you have during labor? I got an itchy rash for about two weeks after delivery, on my belly and across my chest. I ignored it, because thats just what I tend to do. It went away.
I think its hormones, coupled with the drugs from delivery.
My grandmother always got itchy hives when pregnant, and when first breast feeding each child. Ask your relatives if they ever had something similar.
Our bodies react to stress differently. Some bodies react with hives and itches.

it could just be dehydration of the skin. theres a special lotion for that that you can buy at almost any drug store. just slather it on and it should go away . if not then I suggest contacting a doctor just in case :)
