I dont mean downloaded music, I mean videos & stuff as I no longer need them & they're slowing my computer down. They're just movies & clips I've watched on the net that have downloaded themseles.

If they're simply files, you can find where they are saved and delete from your computer. If they are programs installed on the computer, the easiest way (I'm assuming you have a pc) is to open control panel and the "add/remove programs" window. This helps you uninstall everything you don't want on your computer.
To really help clear up your computer and improve your speed you can run a program like C Cleaner that clears out all sorts of junk that will slow you down.

Using a registry cleaner can clean up your computer and then make your computer faster,Why?the reason is that there may be some regsitry errors and remnant, corrupt files and temp files in your computer to cause "computer slow".
Everytime you install and uninstall software on your computer and surfing online you create junk in the computer registry.over time, the registry can grow to enormous proportions, especially if the various programs you've installed do not do a good job of deleting and/or updating it's Registry entries. You need to scan and clean your computer with registry cleaner to make it fast.Good Regisry Cleaner will improve your computer and Internet performance dramatically! It even can speed up your computer by 300% or more!
There are some comparison and review of TOP 5 registry cleaners.

Click on Start
Search
On the left you'll see Pictures, music or video
click on that
Click on video
Click search.
This will give you results for all video/movie clips and the like. You can then delete those you don't want.

If you mean like in your temporary files, ope Internet Explorer, click on tools, internet options and delete the cookies and temporary internet files. You could also download a program called ccleaner. It takes out a lot of un-needed junk.

Hey friend, that's easy.
1) just right click on the video (or whatever the stuff may be).
2)Then keep shift key pressed and click the delete option.
Remember keep the shift key pressed while u click on delete option otherwise(if u released the shift key before clicking delete option) the stuff will not be deleted from ur pc but it will go to ur recycle bin(i.e., they will take the memory as before).

Whatever stuff it may be, you must have saved them at some location. So select all such files, records, video clippings, movies whatever they may be and press delete button on your computer. every thing you asked to be deleted will be dumped into the Recycle Bin, which you may clear once in a while.

Right click over the file, a box comes up giving you choices. Choose 'delete' and left clcick.
I like Crap Cleaner. It's free. Not sure if it works for this. But it keeps my computer free of extras. You can look for it on Major Geek.

If all them show up in your list one after the other, click on the first one and then hold the shift key down, go to the last one and click that one...that way all of the files within that range will be selected...and then right click in the area of that range and click on delete. If your files are not showing one after the other in a row, but their are multiple files you wish to get rid of, simply click on one of them, and then to select the rest of them you will need to hold down the Ctrl key and click on the rest of them individually. Once you have all of the files clicked, right click and then delete. The ways I described will save you time instead of right clicking on every single one of them one by one. Good luck.

Go to internet options, delete files, delete cookies, delete history.
Or better still, go to the main disk drive icon, right click, see properties, left click on it - in the new windown, click disk cleanup and follow through...
