When I see other people happy, my friends, family, extended family.

When I see other people tragically hurt, and the judicial system expedites justice to the person that committed the crime. It makes me feel good that the family or person who was hurt saw justice served.

Additionally enjoy helping anyone that needs it, and have great satisfaction when doing so. This satisfaction causes me happiness.

I can go on, and on. However, I am sure you know by these examples what makes me happy.

My 7 year old daughter. My wife. My 14 year old daughter. My 19 year old son moved out. seeing a flock of ducks cupping their wings and landing in my decoy spread and getting my limit of birds before sun-up. Then sitting there for another 5 hours in the cool misty morning, watching flock after flock landing in my decoy spread and just sitting there and listening to them cackling at each other.

Wow...I am a freak for nature I guess. or of nature....=)

yeah, nature makes me happy.

Oh, golly, let me think. Um . . . well, my favorite things make me happy. Like raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens. Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens. Brown paper packages tied up with strings.

[These are a few of my favorite things.]

Watching the birds. I also like photography and painting. I take a lot of pictures of birds and then paint them. Both are challenging and rewarding when things go well.

True Happiness happens whenever we are not judging anything.

Any time that you are not judging you are happy.

The moment that you start judging, you find something to be unhappy about.

It really is that simple.

Love and blessings Don
