Oh gosh - we get well over a 100 kids! The nieghboring town drops their kids off by the car loads! I really thought about just keeping my light off this year but I really can't....my granddaughter (who is 4 months old) will be visiting in her costume (and yes - grandma will get her a present - just not candy lol) and my nephews and neices will be trick-or-treating at my house. Because we get so many kids I usually pass out the snack size candy bars - snickers, milky way etc.

Well, me and my boyfriend just recently moved into our first apartment together. We live in a nice quiet city-suburb. Most of the houses around us are decorated nicely and there is a school a few blocks away so it seems like there will be a lot of trick-or-treaters. We are going to give out Snickers and buy a variety bag of candy to give out.

We definately get kids trick or treating in my neighborhood! I always try to buy candy that I'm not a big fan of. (Not crappy candy that nobody likes, but candy that won't tempt me as much!) But, candy is what I give every year.

We don't get too many, about 20 or so. We give out a bag of those small chips, a can of pop, and a small chocolate bar. I would like to do up treat bags some year; I loved that as a kid. Just make sure whatever you give them is pre-wrapped!

No, they don't come to my house. I live too far out in the country and the kids all stay in town to trick or treat.

We always have kids coming, but its kinda sad beacuse you dont see that many kids out anymore. (last year we only had 20, compared with 60 the year before, every year it dwilndles)
My husband came up with the idea to give full size candy bars a few years ago, so we buy them in bulk and give them out. (doing so so they dont smash our pumpkins, etc!: )

Yes, they do. I give out mixed candy--miniature candy bars and some non-chocolate candy mixes.
