Why are all the flags at the bottom from countries except for one.?

Do you take offense to the Quebec (provicial) flag being along side all the international flags like they are above the rest of Canada?

nope.

first, Quebec is a nation-within-a-nation.

second, the regular Canadian Yahoo! page is in English; if makes sense to use the Quebec flag for a French-Canadain page; even Acadians or western French-Canadians will recognize the emblem easily.

If the vast majority of Spanish-speaking Americans were from Puerto Rico, I'm sure we'd see the Puerto Rican flag for the US/Espanol link.
