why is frontier bank of texas a crappy bank?

i have had nothing but problems when i switched to them. several people i know switched from franklin bank to frontier, and have bad customer service from a couple of employees there. i am thinking of changing back to franklin bank bc of this. anyone thinking of changing to frontier, i advise you not to do it!!!

I, myself, have also made the switch from Franklin Bank to Frontier Bank and ALL the employees are outstanding, friendly and genuinley care about customers. Sounds like you might work for Franklin and are bitter????
