I'm trying to move to Memphis, TN.....Are there any decent areas to live that except Renters Assistance?????

Unfortunately, a landlord who puts a lot of money into their units will not accept Renters assistance because they think those people might have trouble handling money, and not pay their bills, and that there might also be other headaches like un-supervised children, long-term houseguests or shady characters coming and going. That's why it's so hard to find a nice apartment.
