It's sounds like you're referring to what happened in Jena recently. That was an isolated incident; therefore, your question suggesting that white people think it's okay to hang nooses is stereotypical and is racist in dialog.
I have never hung a noose or know of anyone personally that has.

I dont think all whites feel they can do so. Are you referring to the story all over the news? hanging nooses is an isolated thing nowadays.

For the same reason that some people think that it's ok to generalize about all whites, Asians, Mexicans or other races - i.e. asking this question thanking that all whites hung a noose on someone else's door.

kid, why do you offend by generalizing all whites? do you think all whites are out to "get" other races? wouldn't you be very angry if some one asked a simular question using your race? why can't you be color blind like I am? like most of "the white" as you put it, are. if you put half of the energy you do in healing the rift of raceism that you do in offending, you would do a lot towards helping the problem.

I don't believe all whites agree with this action is the ignorant ones that are doing it, which they want attention but they're other ways to receive it they aren't intimidating another

Not all white people think they have the right to do this, however there is a thing called Manifest Destiny that allows the thought that White European Males started...I am native and my people were killed because of this reasoning

I don't know what you are talking about. It's also white guys who are heading up the investigations to catch and punish the people who are doing it. They are doing that specifically because they know it's not OK. What's your opinion of them?
