Calling all seamstresses, people that know what size i would be..Can you help me?

Question

My measurements are 33 1/2 (Chest but wear a 36 B in a bra)
My waist is 30 1/2 and my hips are 35 inches. What size would i be? (Why i am asking is because i want to buy a wedding dress and need to know my size)

I just measured myself with my bra on and i am 35 inches........Someone told me to measure myself without a bra, i know it doesn't make sense but that is what the tape measure says.
What size? 8-10-12 what size do you think i could wear?

I would think you are a medium. it doesn't make sense you are 331/2 bust and wear a 36 bra.
