"Nutted"...makes me laugh every time. OK..seriously, yes, there is a possibility of pregnancy-pre-c*m does contain sperm, so be careful if your not ready to have a child.

HEY-I'm not an a$$hole-I just think the word is funny. My husband used to call it that.

*IF* you hadn't recently ejaculated OR if you had recently ejaculated you had urinated and wiped your penis with soapy water there shouldn't be any sperm in pre-ejaculate.

How well does it work in preventing pregnancy?

* IF
* before penetration a man who has recently ejaculated urinates to get rid of any left over sperm.
* the tip of the penis is wiped dry of lubricating fluid before penetration
* the penis IS withdrawn BEFORE ejaculation
* ejaculation occurs outside the vagina and well away from the vaginal opening
* THEN
* withdrawal has an approximately 80-90% effectiveness rate, or better.
* BUT
* control is difficult. This last minute method is risky. It offers NO protection from sexually transmitted infections, including HIV; even the pre-ejaculate fluid can contain infection along with sperm

The more significant finding, however, was that most pre ejaculate samples did not contain any sperm and those that did had only small clumps of a very small amount of sperm which seemed to be immobile. A larger study is needed to verify these results. If these results are confirmed, they may dispel the myth that pre ejaculate fluid contains sperm. An ongoing WHO/USAID study shows that the pregnancy rate caused by men with 3 million sperm/ml/ejaculation is very low; fertility clinics consider men with a sperm count of no more than 5 million/ml to be infertile, particularly if is there is low motility. The average ejaculation has about 100 million sperm/ml, but about 10 million sperm pass through the cervical mucus, about 1 million make it to the top of the uterine tract, and just about 100,000 sperm reach the fallopian tubes. Thus, only a couple of sperm, assuming motility, would reach the fallopian tubes in the case of the pre ejaculate samples with some sperm, which tended to be immobile (sperm levels only in the 1000s). Thus, the probability of pregnancy is very low if pre-ejaculate fluid enters the vagina.

BTW condoms and withdrawal are pretty much the same effectiveness in preventing pregnancy [unless you live in a laboratory test, do you live in a laboratory test?]... so if you really don't want to get pregnant you might want to use something that is actually highly effective. Condoms may be the only option to prevent STIs, but that's really about all they are good for.

Just the wording of your question is funny but yes she could get pregnant....First of all using the pull out method is too risky...Pre-*** has active sperm that just didn't make it out the last trip lol

If you're 24, you're old enough to stop babytalking.

You're also old enough to know that withdrawal is not an effective method of birth control. It's only slightly better than NOT withdrawing. You WILL get her pregnant if you keep doing this.

Did you see the stats in one of the answers? 80-90% effective AT BEST, if you do everything perfectly. That means anywhere from a 1 in 5 to a 1 in 10 chance of pregnancy, every time you use withdrawal. I doubt that your girlfriend would think those are very good odds.

Yes, pre-ejaculate contains sperm and the withdrawal method is not a very wise method of birth control. You ready to be a daddy?

Yes she could be pregnant, if she was ovulating at that time. Guess you need to wear a condom, if you are worried about getting some girl pregnant.

Nice choice of words. It is possible for her to get pregnant from the pre-***. If you aren't ready for a baby, please use protection. Don't trust the "pull-out method" to prevent pregnancy. It doesn't always work.
