I have been having the depo injection for about a year now. But the thing is I want to go back onto the pill as depo gives me terrible mood swings. My next shot is due next week. Will the doctor tell me to start taking the pill right away or what?
How do you go about going back onto the pill after depo?

MANY women, as you can see from those reviews, suffer horrible side affects and health risks of the shot.

I would get off it. I am on Kariva (pill) after four years of hell on depo provera. After my last shot, twelve weeks later (when I was due for another shot) I started Kariva, got my periods back in three months, and am side affect FREE!

My doctor gave me the option of taking two pregnancy tests two weeks apart or wait for my period before starting on the pill after depo.
