All you need to do is call the city to express your concerns. They will transfer you to the department who handles speed limit signs, stop lights, crosswalks, and such. One of two things will happen.... they will send out a person to evaluate the situation and/or they will ask you to get a number of signatures stating it would be a good idea to add a cross walk at that location.

Not a big deal just a bit time consuming.

Good luck,

Write a letter, and give a copy to the school principal, the mayor, the Texas Department of Transportation, and your local news (tv) station. That way, they will know how important this problem is, and they will solve it right away.

It depends on the city. I am in Plano and in order to get things done, you have to contact the public works department. The City Street maintenance would also be a good place to start.

Depending on the size of the city, if you have a city website, that would be a great place to start.

Good Luck.

Start with the Superintendant of the school district. Either he/she should take it up with the proper government agency. The roads are usually uder state control, but there are also usually local offices for whatever agency has this control. You may have to write several letters to several people to get anywhere.

Very humorous, different than: i grow to be on the airport, checking in on the gate while an airport worker asked, 'Has all of us positioned something on your luggage without your expertise?' To which I responded, 'If it grow to be without my expertise, how would i understand?' He smiled knowingly and nodded, 'it rather is why we ask.' the entire thought of the question is so as that human beings who've something "undesirable" of their luggage get paranoid and picture "If I say no and he famous something i gets in subject so i will answer particular/perchance." via noticing the logical flaw or putting forward no to the question the guy did no longer bypass with the aid of this theory technique and hence suspicion is lifted off their shoulders. it rather is definitely an clever trick.
