If you are trying to write something, get out a piece of paper and draw pictures. Color them.
If you are trying to paint something, write a story instead.
If you are trying to solve a problem, play a game.
Most "inspiration" comes from not trying too hard.
The scientist who discovered the structure of the atom discovered it while playing English bowls ( a lawn game with mallets and balls, sort of like croquet.)
Einstein said that genius was 10% inspiration, 90% perspiration.
Getting out of your head is the key. Do something you do not ordinarily do.
If you are a compulsive work, lie down and daydream.
If you tend toward daydreaminess, cut the grass, build a birdhouse.
Do you see where this is going?
It works for many people.

Just take a minute to relax and then refocus. Just go with the flow and I am sure it will emerge again. Having some coffee also couldn't hurt.

Try doing something that you love to do. Liked play a quick comp game or something. Or read a couple pages of a good book. Sometimes it helps to relax a bit. Or even look at some art you really love!!!

I would go outside and take a walk and start wondering about all the different things around you (like plants and things) and then you'll be curious and i should think that that would lead you to creativity.

Not pot, dumb ***** smoke pot.
Try coffee, or the person with the morning fresh air and favorite beverage, that's a great idea. But if anything coffee. Einstein skipped all his classes and one of his teachers said he'd never be anything. Well that's pretty self explanatory. But he spent most of his time in cafes with his friends talking, so drinking coffee is a good idea.
