Can I sue Mcdonalds for 2.2 Bajillion dollars for having beef in their french fries? I'm a vegetarian and I've been eating Mcdonalds french fries a few times a month, and I just found out that there is beef in their fries! It doesn't say anything on their website about that!
I demand 2.2 Bajillion dollars. If an old lady can sue mcdonalds for spilling coffee on her self, can I sue Mcdonalds for this?

1.2 Bajillion USD in pennies will also be fine.

Have you even read the details of the lady who sued for spilling coffee on herself? The main point in that case is that McDonald's had a policy that kept the coffee extremely too hot. Much hotter than coffee is normall served. They had been warned numerous times to reduce the temperature and they ignored it. Many people had been burned before. This lady had to get skin grafts. McDonald's was 100% in the wrong in that case and they needed a big lawsuit to finally get them to stop hurting people.
Now for yours. Ok, you say that it is not posted anywhere that there is beef in the fryers. How did you find out about it then? Is it a verifiable source or is it just something that you heard? Just hearing it from a worker there is not exactly enough. You will need to prove in court that there is beef in the fryers. There might be. I don't know. However, for you to win a case, you will have to prove that the beef was there. Now, if you can go to a website and find the ingredients that list beef then your case is blown out of the water. It shows that McDonald's was showing the ingredients and therefore you were the one who made the mistake.
Also, you are going to have to show damages. Emotional duress is not going to be considered a damage unless you can prove that it cost you money. That might be hard to do for something as minor as eating beef laced french fries.

You can try, but you will have a difficult time proving that you ahve been damaged 2.2 million dollars worth. There is no beef in the fries, but there is some beef fat in the oil the fries are cooked in. This is hardly a dietary intrusion. You also have been eating those fires of your own volition. McDonald's did not force them down your throat. A ture vegetarian would check on the incredients before buying and eating something.

Do you misinform human beings oftentimes? you actually shouldn't, you understand. McDonalds fries by no skill see pink meat tallow. What you're pertaining to is "pink meat flavoring" which does not have truly pink meat in it - the flavoring is composed of milk and wheat substances. there is not any meat products in it. Vegetarians did not sue McDonalds - a set of three Muslim adult adult males did. And the purely component that replaced is the shops are more desirable recommended as to what changed into contained in the fries - you actually aught to get your data immediately earlier capturing off your mouth. it truly is stupid comments like yours is why veg*n's have the form of undesirable time with omnivores...you say stuff which could not actual like it changed into reality. You supply Veg*n's a foul call.

Well, the woman who spilled the excessively and not labeled as such coffee suffered third degree burns. What injuries did you suffer? None. You ate meat but that doesn't really injure you, even if you're a vegetarian. Sure, you could sue, and maybe even find a lawyer to take the case, but it would be thrown out as soon as possible.

I would have thought you could. If you are out for justice just try to get the chain boycotted by moslems. Call it 'The Year of Punishment' Challenge Moslems to participate and unite for one year. It would send a message of the necessity of corporate responsibility around the world.
Fight the powers that be.
I just thought of a stupid joke on the spot, it's an original creation...
Q: Why didn't the moslem eat at McDonald's?
A: Because he didn't want to eat any ham - burgers.
I hope you get that.

Go ahead and sue them if ur money greedy...soon there won't be any McDonald's left. Did you die from having beef in your fries? If you can let small things go, just let it go; maybe you'll be able to sleep better at night.

Who told you that McDonald's fries have beef in them??? They do not, I use to work for them and had people ask all the time if the fries were vegan friendly and they are. The fries themselves are made from potatoes and the oil they are fried in is completely free of any animal bi-product. So whoever told you that was jerkin your chain.

Yes. In America you can sue anyone for anything. If you can afford it, but you might not win. Now do you know what else they cook if their fryers. Its not just for french fries.
