Yes,more so the vast difference between different grades.The top mmost grade A gets 60 Lakhs against Rs 15 lakhs to D grade.
Why should there be so much difference for similar
work.Even for seniority the difference is very unfair.

No, it is making the administrators lazy. BCCI, PCB, ECB, WICB... even the ICC, remember the 50 over World Cup? People in the West Indies waited for years to see the big stars "live", and in the end they can't afford it. Even those who can afford it aren't allowed to have fun in the ground! If you only think about money and TV, there will be big problems. It is too much of a coincidence that so many top, top stars have retired recently... Warne, McGrath, Inzi, and the list goes on. We will sadly have more incidents like Trescothick where talented players are ruined by the administrator's actions.

I do not think so. While every player try to do his best while playing, sometimes they do not succeed, which happens in every game.
