I haven't to this point..... & I don't think I would.... unless I said something along the lines of "My first & only...." as opposed to "My One & Only.."
Prolly the only time I would refer to him as my "first husband" would be if we ever got divorced/I became a widow & I got remarried later on....

I've actually lost count as to how many times I've said "I Do".... the first time was back in 1547. ~~~~ I'm very long lived.
