put f(x)=y then get x=...
y=1/(2x+3)
2x+3=1/y
2x=1/y -3=(1-3y)/y
x=(1-3y)/2y

so the inverse will be (1-3x)/2x

Set this up as y = 1/(2x+3), and express in x-terms:
2x+3 = 1/y, and 2x = 1/y - 3, and finally, x = 1/2(1/y - 3). So the inverse f-(x) = 1/2(1/x - 3)

y = f(x) = 1 / (2x + 3)
Solve for x getting:
x = (1-3y)/(2y)
Interchange x and y getting:
y = (1-3x)/(2x) <-- Inverse

y = 1 / (2x + 3)

inverse
x = 1 / (2y + 3)

2xy + 3x = 1

2xy = 1 - 3x

y = (1 - 3x)/2x

inverse function
f^(-1)(x) = (1 - 3x)/2x
