why does a baby have to be so cute, wat are those attribute?

personally i don't like babies- they're way too much work and besides, they're not cute when they're throwing up all over you

You are generalizing about the way you feel to the rest of the population. I don't find babies lovable at all. I think they are annoying, smelly and useless. So I can't tell you why YOU think they are loveable. Perhaps some primitive motherly instinct.

We, like most mammals, are hardwired to find it "cute" to have over-sized features (such as big eyes and an overly large head). It's an evolutionary advantage (continuation of the species and all)
