Do you mean why is Thanksgiving always on a Thursday?

Per Wikipedia, the Pilgrim's first celebration was after the crops were harvested in November 1623, on Thursday November 29. Ever since then, the President has kept Thanksgiving Day on a Thursday. It used to be on the last Thursday of the month, but in 1939 FDR declared that Thanksgiving would be the second-to-last Thursday of November. He thought this would give merchants a longer time to sell good before Christmas, which would help increase profits and spending and help bring the country out of the Depression.

Hope that answers your question, so you're not pissd off anymore.
