The Rock - never. he even dropped The Rock from his name

Cena - 7 - 12 months (he's hurt dude, give him a break)

Hogan - just signed on as host of the new American Gladiators so he's probably done as far as WWE is concerned

Trish isn't coming back. She's married with children now.
No idea on Ashley.
Shane is behind the scenes, and comes out only when necessary. I expect his return soon enough now that HBK is back on the roster.
Jericho will be back at Cyber Sunday. He was originally slated to return at No Mercy, but McMahon thought it was too soon after Cena's injury to bring in a name like that. Besides, Cyber Sunday used to be called Taboo Tuesday, and was Jericho's idea to begin with. That's not a rumor, look it up. He pitched it to Bischoff, who took it to McMahon, who ran with it. Also, McMahon called Cyber Sunday his "brain child" on Raw last Monday - expect Jericho to correct him.
Also, if you go to Jericho's official website, there's a link to his band page and to his MySpace page. Oddly, the video clip they keep running of SAVE_US_222 is on his MySpace.
One more thing about Jericho -- after Benoit died, Jericho, Cena, Ted DiBiase, Steve Blackman, and a few others were on Larry King Live reacting to it. (You can read the transcript of that online as well). In that interview, Jericho said he was in the process of filing the paperwork to return, and Cena interrupted and said "Good, about time you came back."
Stone Cold can't return due to medical considerations.
The Rock is too busy in Hollywood and getting ugly tattoos.
Steph is in charge of the writers, and only appears when the storyline fits.
Stacy Kiebler has retired. If she wanted a job, TNA would snatch her up.
Molly Holly was the best technical wrestling female I've ever seen, but her look is short of fantastic. I don't expect to ever see her again.
Cena will be back as soon as he's able, because he sells tickets, dvd's, t-shirts, etc.
Lashley will come back after he's fit to perform, but I doubt he'll go back to ECW. A lot of ECW fans were really put off once and for all when they gave him the title.
Flair will be back around in some fashion sooner or later. He can't stay retired.
Hogan is about to become the host of American Gladiators on ABC. Yes, they are resurrecting that old show from the 70s/80s and giving him the ball to run with.

Ashley is in between contracts, so as soon as she signs a new one i guess
Shane runs the show(Smackdown) so he isn't actually gone
