Again, I have to say that I don't think that the participants in the Politics section of Y!A necessarily represent a cross-section of the country's voters.
EDIT: By the way, I think these are good questions.:)

Most of the people on blogs like this one are 20 somethings or younger. They have not experienced life long enough to make a wise decision. They are still in the stage in life where they are dreamers and have grand ideas. At some point they will wake up to reality and see that, while Paul may have ideas that sound good they are impractical and would never get through Congress anyway. Those on the blog are apt to write more and are determined. They sometimes move in packs from blog to blog to make it look like many more favor Paul than actually do. One asks a question and the others dutifully answer in ways positive to their candidate. They dominate the question and then move on. If one looks only at the blogs Ron Paul looks popular but as you point out he only has 4% in New Hampshire. He likely has less in other states. Compared to Thompson, Giuliani, Romney, Clinton, Obama, and Edwards his campaign war chest is like a child's piggy bank compared to his father's executive salary.

1) Libertarians are more likely to be in their late teens/early twenties and are therefore more likely to be on Yahoo! answers.
2) Because of the previous reason, they are less likely to have landlines, and polls only call landlines. This is the reason why Ron Paul also wins all the cellphone text-in polls.

Because the web is the only source for ideas and thought. Most people get all their ideas from CBS, NBC, Fox etc. When I say get their ideas thats exactly what I mean. The ideas are generated at news head quarters and downloaded into the minds of the masses.

Ron Paul doesn't stand a chance in hell of winning the nomination. Not a one.
And unfair as it may be, the main reason I say that, ahead of his loony thoughts about politics and government, is the goofy way he looks.
He looks like a pouting little kid who always got kicked around in school. Because he looks like a tool.

4% of how many 1,000? 10,000?
Polls are conducted to reflect what the poll taker wants.
Do you know anyone in reality that has been polled?
These are target audiences that are polled.
