Not people like you and I and definitely not on Jupiter.
Jupiter is so massive that a person would weigh about 2.5 times as much there. And there may be no actual surface to stand on... Jupiter may well be a ball of gas with no rocky surface at all. Or its surface may be under such pressure and heat that it is a liquid. There's no oxygen atmosphere, so it would be pointless either way...
Other planets in our Solar system have obstacles to prevent human (or other Earth-type organisms) from living there. Mars is cold and with a thin atmosphere, Venus is 500 degrees hot and has clouds of sulfur, and the other planets are either too big, to far from the sun, or both.
There may be some unknown and exotic life forms elsewhere in the Universe, but its unlikely that our local planetary neighbors are hiding much of it. (Although Mars may have once had some microscopic stuff, no one is sure...)

No, Life as we know it could not survive on Jupiter for a number of reasons, the incredible atmospheric pressure for one and the fact that the planet wouldn't have any solid area to stand are only a couple of reasons.
One day we'll probably be able to settle Mars and there are several moons throughout the solar system especially in the outer solar system orbiting the gas giants that would be much more suitable for settlement than the Gas giants themselves.
but there is currently no planet in this solar system that has 'people' on it other than Earth. Now if you're asking if Life of any kind exists on another planet or moon at all, Very small and simple life may be found on another planet/moon in our solar system, but we probably won't find any complex life like people, animals or plants on any others in this solar system. But odds are that complex life of some sort exists somewhere outside of our solar system. It may be intelligent, it may not.

on a scientific note there is no KNOWN life on Jupiter and speculations have been made about the climate and scientists believe that life is not really possible on Jupiter. HOWEVER
On a spiritual note the whole of creation is so grand and complex that what shapes sizes and etc. that life comes in we cannot be certain. so my answer is MAYBE.......MAYBE NOT.

If there is something living on jupiter, i don't think it can be considered a person.
But who knows? Science right now tells us no, but we disprove scientific "certainties" everyday.

if the scientists go there, then they are the people at that very moment otherwise there's none.
