My current cat won't kill anything, not even a bug! But I used to have a tom cat that killed field rats, moles, mice, birds, small rabbits. He would kill them and leave them at the back door, he thought he was helping take care of the family by feeding us with what he hunted :) Sometimes he would bring them in the house and they would still be alive, I chased a chipmunk down once and let him go, he was fine, just scared.

A foot-long garter snake. My cat found it in the garden in front of our house, caught it and killed it near the garden. Upon seeing it and not knowing if it was poisonous or not, I put my cat in the house and my dad and I buried the snake in the garden. I found out a short time later that garter snakes are not poisonous, tg.

My neighbor.
Just kidding.
A rat. It was a long time ago, by we had a cat that killed a rat and brought it into the dining area of my then-stepmother's house! It was pretty disgusting.

Rabbits. They catch adult rabbits once in a while and NO they haven't even tried to bring one in the house. They catch a squirrel once in a while too but birds are most common and yes they do bring a bird in once in a while and present it to me on the kitchen floor right near my oven. I guess it is a gift lol

I don't have a cat but my great dane killed a cat once. it was gross, she kept trying to give it to me, I didn't want it. We lived in the country and stray cats where EVERYWHERE. I felt bad for the cat, but quickly stopped after she chased me around the yard with it trying to touch me with it. it was gross. My husband laughed for like 3 hours.
