All the time, and though it may be sad in this day and age, I still fear I'm inadequate in some way or other...........even though I'm a healthy size 8/10 and have a healthy...ish diet!!!!!

i used to doubt myself when i had all my weight on because i thought i was not capable of losing it...3 months later i am 2 dress sizes smaller...
