Yes, very much. Media just hypes the player and offers them huge endorsement mullah and these players are lured to Ads and shows - so he practise time is off with these stupid Ad shootings and surely these guys tend to perform.
As for Sreeshant - of course he acted like a ape and passed bad comments which does not support the sport man image he has.

Why to blame the media?!The players are grown
enough to understand their talent and resonsibility!
As you said the media make them a star overnight
but the players should have brain to know what is
right and what is wrong?!
It is like in our childhood, the other kids get the blame
when we did something bad!!

yes they are responsible because if a player gives good performance they make a big star and if he don't media criticises the player which puts pressure on the player.when the player is under the pressure he can't perform well.

Its a great question.I think it is cent percent true that media has spoiled some of our players. When there is a single good perfomance out of hundred bad ones, the single perfomance is highlighted more.It is time for the media to rethink.

The primary responsibility of the players is to play...
infact media does right by praising when they play well and by scholding when they fail.
Its upto the players to maintain proper discipline & attention towards their primary work.
