it is not proven that men ave a monthly cycle.
but it has been researched i believe that men have a cycle which consist of mood swings. where they go through a hormonal stage like women and of experience i believe men go through hormonal stages definatly maybe not every month.

However, men’s cycles are more subtle and less disruptive
More recently, a Danish endocrinologist kept daily records
of hormones excreted in his urine. When analyzed, those records showed that his hormones rose and fell in roughly a thirty-day rhythm.

In 1929, a researcher carefully followed the moods of seventeen men and showed that men, like women, have emotional cycles of about a month to six weeks in length. According to the researcher's findings, men tend to be more apathetic and indifferent during the low period of their emotional cycles and more likely to magnify small problems into big ones. During the high period of their cycles, men have more energy, a greater sense of well-being, lower body weight, and less need for sleep.
Take care
xx

I belive we do. Next time you are feeling less assertive than usual make a note on calender then wait till next time and mark again. Find out for yourself. Cycle shows rotation of emational capability from withdrawn to aggression . extremes vary from person to person and with age . Chemically it has a lot to do with testosterone production.

They use the term 'rut' for male animals when they become aggressive and want something. For elephants, they use the term 'must' for the same thing.

Humans could have the same feelings, I'd guess. I definitely notice some changes at times but I can't say it's every month.

We are animals too.

I disagree with everyone that says that men have cycles. I have lived many years without one.

I have read before that men can experience similar mood swings to a woman on a montly cycle. Not to the same extreem but that many men ususally have a 'down' time each month - becuase we have both male and female hormones in some cases men can have a 'time of the month'

Yes they do, but have cycles in between those too. I would have to be a man to explain at length. These things are never mentioned outside that sex I am informed
