she sed that to me after we broke up yesterday, but she has changed her mind about me over the last week, weather she wants to be with me or not, what can i say to keep her thinkin this way, becoz clearly we have sumthing special, i dont wana ruin it by sayin the rong this, help plzzzzzz

Talk to her about trying to work things out.
Tell her what she means to you.
There really isn't much you can do when someone breaks up with you, as far as trying to make them get back together with you.
Since she says she still cares about you, you still have a chance. But if she has changed her mind, she may have someone else she likes and wanted to keep you hanging, in case the other person didn't work out. (just and opinion)

First thing . . . learn english . . . if you speak like you type . . . you are definitely going to say the wrong thing.
Also, with the way you type . . . you are too young to be in a relationship. Keep her as a friend, a close, close friend . . . tell her that you know you both have issues to deal with and if you both work at it, maybe one day it will go onto the next level. She is just trying to see if you will commit . . . wait, but have fun . . . if you know what I mean.
