Well! I would say Yes you can because it was assembled in the first place too. So if they can why can't you?
Now the question is "Is it worth spending that much time, effort and money?". What I mean is that say it will take you a minimum of 2~3 hours to replace the screen (unless you are a professional or a wizard that you know how to do it) and if a new screen cost you $100 but a new LCD monitor is worth $150. Then I would say it is NOT worth spending all that just to replace it. In that case you will be better off buying a new monitor.
But if the new screen costs you like 20 bucks and you have some time on hand, the adventure will surely be worth it. You will learn a lot too.
Hopefully this answers your question well.

You could, but you really do not want to.
Monitor LCD screens are the vast majority of the cost of the monitor, After you have bought a replacement panel, with the markup and shipping, and stoving costs etc. you will pay more than a new monitor costs.
To make it even harder, Monitor LCD panels are not readily available. (possibly because of the reason above.)
Please dispose of the old one in an environmentally friendly way.

It might be possible but to be honest, with the prices dropping on LCD monitors, you'd save yourself a lot of time just buying a new one. Contact your insurance company to see if they can help out with the cost as it should be covered in your home contents policy under accidental damage.
If it had been a laptop screen, I know they can be bought easily. But again, it's a lot of hassle to replace unless you know about taking electrical things apart.

If its a laptop LCD screen, then yes, you can replace it. But, as far as the LCD monitors..no, I don't believe you can..

purchase a replace reveal screen on ebay. you will possibly desire to be waiting to get carry of installation classes. it particularly is amazingly elementary. There are normally 2 screws under the hinge bits (lined by utilising detachable plastic covers), and the ribbon cable merely unclips.

You'll have to buy a new one I don't think you can just replace the screen.
