Well, she's not really ON TV, except for stupid "news" updates about all the ridiculous things she's doing, but I'd have to say Britney Spears.
As for celebrities who are actually on a show, I'd have to say Howie Mandel, on "Deal or NO Deal". And I used to be a fan back in his "curly haired and funny" days.
