I like some boy names for girl names but only if they sound a little feminine. I'm not going to suggest Brock, Matthew, Andrew for girls...but I will suggest...
Jordan
Jaden
Hayden
Parker
And if you go to www.babynames.com you will be surprised how many names you think are boy names are actually unisex. Most of the ones that are unisex, I prefer for girls
because they do sound feminine. I have heard Michael for a girl or Mikel, that's a little different but it could work. That's all I have, hope I helped!

I don't typically like boy names for girls or v.v., but I knew a girl named Mikal Ann (pronouced like Michael) and I think that is a really cool name. Rolls off the tongue nicely, too! ha

Michael is unique (Michael Learned and Michael Michelle, 2 female actors with that name), Ryan, as others mentioned. Jordan, while pretty much a unisex name, in mostly boys (in my experience) is nice for girls.

I think it's rather unkind, especially since you can't tell whether you will end up with a little tomboy or a "girly" girl who might hate it.
I think the best is to compromise and choose a girl's name with a unisex nickname, that way you (and she) can go either way (and maybe change what is used as she gets older).
So names like
Samantha (Sam)
Danielle (Danny)
Christine (Chris)
Joanna (Jo)
and so on.

Lee. Lee-Ann if its a girl and just Lee for a boy.
Jess. Jessica for a girl and Jess for a boy.
