My motherboard only support ram voltage at 1.8v

I'm planning on DDR2 800MHz rams, can any RAM do?

1.8V is the default operating voltage of ddr2. Most proprietary motherboards just use this default voltage and there are no options for adjusting it.
Many retail motherboards have voltage adjustment to 2.0V. The higher voltage setting is useful when you need to stabilize RAM that has been overclocked.
In your case, just stick to the value offerings of popular brands. Do not waste your money on high-performance RAMs that require 2.1 to 2.2V. They will just perform as regular RAM when operated at 1.8V.

no, every ram is different. i run crucial and it runs from 1.8v all the way to 2.4v for overclocking, but some ram has an operating voltage of 2.2v, or 2.0v only. if you have any questions on it, check out www.newegg.com and their ram section, it usually tells exactly what voltages each of them use.

Yes. The Ram used by a graphics card is in no way dependent on the MoBo support or the Ram in use on the MoBo. Providing the MoBo has the appropriate port for the card (AGP / PCI / PCI-e) then you're fine!
