All babies are born blue eyed as far as I know - the colour changes after 6 months to 1 year

If you look up Mendel's Law you will find recessive genes in both parents could allow for a blue eyed baby. I know that my daughter who's eyes are hazel and her husband who has brown eyes had one brown eyed son and one blue eyed son but they also both had the recessive gene in the father's and the grandfather's.

yes they can my husband and i both have brown eyes, and one of our children is blue eyed.the gene for brown eyes is dominant so a carrier will always be brown eyed, but a brown eye person can also carry a gene for blue eyes which is recessive,so if the other parent is also brown eyed carrying the recessive blue gene, then you have a 1in 4 chance of conceiving a blue eyed child. what i think is impossible is if two blue eyed parents have a brown eyed child.hope this helps

Yes, they can - the only exclusion with eye colour is if both parents have blue eyes. Two blue-eyed parents can only produce a blue eyed child.

If not than I have 4 kids to prove me wrong..

same parents here we have 1: blue eyes --1st son
2: brown eyes _2nd son
3:hazel eyes --3rd--Daughter
4: brown eyes 4th --daughter

guess our eye color is mostly up to genes and God

*** sometimes blue eyed babies turn brown after a few weeks or months ...
If in doubt ,,,get a paternity test...but it definately is POSSIBLE I am the mom ...I KNOW!!!

They can, cause blue eyes are recessive. If both the brown-eyed parents have a parent with blue eyes, or even grandparents, then it is possible.

1 in 4 chance of it happening, if both mother and father have blue eye dna in fam history. 2 blue eyed parents can't make brown eye baby though.
