eliminate the need for police - No crime could ever occur no matter how hard you tried. For example you'd try to steel something, but all of a sudden you fall unconscious for a minute or two

I would make so every one had to face the true inner self of who the are. By doing this no one could be stupid and blind and could plead the 5th.
