I believe there are four, and possibly several more, dimensions.
Height.
Width.
Depth.
Time.
... ?

According to Quantum science there are 11 dimensions (which they say as 10+1 dimensions because they are 10 sensical and one chaotic for balance). I have no reason to not believe that.
