is there any way to make my personal computer a touch screen.instead of using mouse am i able to use touch screen. if it is possible please send ur comments.

You can get touch add on options. Here is just one example:

There may be better or cheaper options out there, search on "touchscreen add"
Any add on is going to run into parallax problems due to the distance of the touch panel from the image on the monitor. You can reduce this by buying a manufactured touch screen monitor.
Personally I find touchscreens a pain, parallax, getting accurate positioning with a finger, double clicking and fingerprints on the screen.
If you can not use a mouse have you looked at other alternatives? Such as a keyboard with a TrackPoint, or rollerballs?

For the Monitor to be touch screen it has to be made a Touchscreen monitor not any ordinary one

first you'd have to get a touchscreen monitor and then get the software, and if your'e doing that it might cost alot so just buy the HP touchscreen it's on their website
