I have a Verizon LG camera phone. It will freeze up for no apparent reason. I have to take the battery out to restart it. I took it to Verizon and they gave me a new phone, but it does the same thing. ANy ideas?

Hmmm I had a problem like that with my VX8300; certain features would be sluggish and it would occasionally lock up or turn off on its own. I got the phone when it first came out though (over a year ago), so it no doubt had some initial bugs that would exist on any new product.

I went to the Verizon store about 6 months ago and complained. They told me that I needed the updated software and just gave me a new (refurbished) phone. It has worked perfectly fine ever since.

Actually, I have a friend who got the same phone around the same time and had the same problems. I told him about what they did with mine and he went to the store and they also gave him a new phone.

I would suggest going back to the store and talk to them again. I personally think LG and Samsung make the best phones for Verizon, so I see no reason why you should be having such problems.
