Well, that's always difficult. You need to think of an unusual and unique name because if this 'villain' is respected he'd have a name that makes you shudder or shiver. Like Voldemort, it's a completly random name that doesn't sound right the first time you hear it. You could actually do what JKR did and start off with a bunch of letters and rearrange them until your satisfied

Depends what kind of story you're writing. When I was attempting to write a story about a knight on a quest, the villian was a witch named Lady Genevieve the Red.

Some other names that just popped into my head:
Juice McMullen
Somnambulus
Feargus Flinchy

One of the most dastardly of abductors and rapists appears in an 18th century novel by Samuel Richardson called 'Clarissa' - it is reputedly the longest book in the English language! The character is called 'Lovelace'. He is a toff who runs off with the daughter of a neighbour and spends more reading time than the Bible trying to get into her pants (or whatever they wore then!). I seem to remember she kills herself in the end - but by the time I'd read that far I was virtually dead myself! It was a course book for my degree in the 70s. As no one ever reads Richardson today I guess you'd be safe with this one?!

Or what about Janus, Fabrizzio, Caractacus or Jeraboam?

What kind of villain, male or female, in what kind of book? Fantasy, Sci-fi, alternate reality?
I always find naming people depends on how the villain is portrayed. Voldemort is derived from latin mort meaning death.

you could go for the sinister names such as Cruella or some times the scariest bad guy is the one you would least suspect from their name.

I often find searches on names and meanings sites useful :)

Do you want just one name or two? Given that you like Volermort I suspect just one. Don't fall in to the looking up alternate names for evil, as everyone does that and it's not your imagination.

Try using parts of the names of things that scare you or that you worry about or use a jumble of Onomatopoeias

Eg

Dospimort (Dog, Spider, Mortgage)

Surusang (Suddenly, rush, bang)

Hope this helps.
