I'm so likely to watch it that I already have! I caught a pre-release screening of the film and LOVED it. Really, it was hilarious and also very touching at parts. Not in that nauseating, cardboard cut-out, romantic comedy kind of "touching" way, but truly heart breaking once or twice.
It doesn't have much in the way of actual plot besides good ol' character development, but this is one of those movies that makes it "OK" just to watch someone move from one point in their life to another without something earth shattering taking place.

If I wanted to see a man with a rubber woman I would just
pay more attention to my weird neighbor and his plastic girlfriend......But I don't....That movie looks rentable at best...

Absolutely...Ryan Gosling is a terrific actor, and that premise is hysterical.
