why are they taking so long??

my friend is in lancaster farms since two weeks now why are they not letting him out?? can they keep him in custody without hearing or court??? how long for?? or can it be that they have done court same day they took him??

File a case of habeas corpus against the custodian of your friend so that the court will order for his appearance and justification for the custody if any.
