There is no particular delivery to get out a particular batsman.
Again a bowler cannot be made. He has to be a born bowler. If you have a battery of bowlers like Michael Jonson, Glen Mcgrath, Brett Lee, Shane Warne, you can get any batsman out. Let us face the reality that India do not have any bowler who can compare favourably with the bowlers named above. There is no magic ball/delivery with which you can get the wicket of highly rated batsmen like, Hayden, Gilchrist, Symonds, Sachin, Dravid etc.
If you have played cricket and understand what cricket is all about you would not have asked this kind of question in the first place.

When gilchrist, Hayden and symonds are in best of their form, no ball can get them out unless they themselves make mistake. While Hayden and symonds are in supurb form throughout this year, Gilchrist is recovering his form, which will not be a good news for the opponents.

If you have quality bowlers in your team then u can bowl them out even with a Sponge ball. Take instance of Irfan Pathan he still cant figure out what is he ? A bowler or a Batsman ?Take Sree Santh I see him as a Body carrying a ball with a Coconut on Shoulders just cant concentrate on bowling instead wastes time in Stupid fights on Pitch. Zaheer Khan is improving a lot..Right now indian team has 2 bowlers Zaheer and RP singh and a two Idiots Sree and Irfan. So cant bowl them in 20 Overs u know...

Gilchrist - Bowl round the wicket and move it away from him
Hayden - Bowl short with 2 men back, he's a lot better on the front foot
Symonds - Straight and full(preferably yorker length) so he has no room to swing those big arms of his

Swinging on side yorker is the best they can`t ever imagine those balls.I took 18 wickets in a test match against Hyderabad in Ranji trophy. The reason is swinging on side yorker.
