Yeah, when I was a cook we'd leave a few in there so that people would know they were real mashed potatoes and not that instant crap, although we'd mix some of that instant crap in with the real potatoes :)

yep, not alot but some. thats how i make them. sometimes i leave just a little bit of the potato skin on. it is good that way too.
