A judge ruled that the federal government can not use mismatched Social Security data to ferret out illegal immigrants from the workplace.

Basically this means that our illegal immigration laws won't be enforced.

Companies are happy. Illegals are happy.

Is our constitution becoming a meaningless document? Is it being replaced simply by the desires of special interest groups, criminals, and judges?

I think it's amazing when judges don't worry about how to enforce the laws of our country.

This is not a constitutional issue and was not brought as one. It is simply an interpretation of the law which seems to be correct to me. The social security administration is required by law to collect certain information from employees. It is also charged by that same law with using that information for specific purposes. This act used social security information for law enforcement purposes. This should bother conservatives more than anyone else. The government has required you to give them information for a specific purpose and then, said "since we already have that information we should be able to use it for law enforcement purposes also. "

There are already laws regarding the hiring of illegals and they are not enforced properly. This was just a feeble attempt to make it look as if they were doing something about the problem when they really are not going to. Why would this administration and congress try to pass the amnesty bill and the dream act and then say we are building a wall on the border and getting tough on illegal workers at the same time?

I am in favor of catching illegal workers and punishing the employers that hire them. However, I am not in favor of giving up all of my civil rights in order to do so.

1) I would submit that the ONLY thing judges worry about is how (or whether it is legal to) enforce the laws of our country.

2) I would also remind you that every single white person in this country is an illegal immigrant. Your memories are a bit short, dears.

3) Do you REALLY believe "illegal immigrants" are THE problem in this country? If you do, then you're deluded. They come here and do jobs no American would be caught dead doing for money no American would accept. And I hate to tell you this, but a Mexican person has far more claim to the right to work in North America than any European person ever did or ever will. Please educate yourself. You're dangerously asleep. Besides, if no employer would hire an illegal immigrant, there wouldn't be any illegal immigrants. Follow the money trail...

a minimum of the wheels are in action. those companies are being compelled into pushing aside workers and ought to go through regulation suits if the dismissals are actually not dealt with in accordance to the hard paintings rules. i will comprehend your project approximately this, because it does look as though the decide is conserving illegals. even however, it rather isn't the case, as there is the physique of techniques that each and every physique Hispanics look alike, and it rather is a controversy which will must be dealt with with a funky head so as that harmless Hispanics are actually not affected. i'm in no way protecting this decide, because of the fact i'm unwell of what's occurring to our u . s . because of unlawful alien subject. you besides would ought to notice that the unlawful extraterrestrial beings purchase the social protection numbers from American criminals who paintings in evironments that enable them get entry to to the counsel that they scouse borrow. it rather is a criminal offense for extraterrestrial beings to purchase those IDs, yet people who're making those stolen social protection numbers attainable on the industry must be locked up continually in prision.
