In the first place, anyone's sexuality or preference in sexuality is beyond our control. What's more important is we respect him being a person. Whether he wears colored, studded, sparkling, or what not it is really not our business. The point here is that we respect first the person's choices in life. At the end of the day, it's really our CHOICES that'll matter the most.

so he admits to being gay....big bloody deal...there's nothing wrong in that. What is wrong is you and your collegue puting your nose where it doesn't belong. So you think you did the right hing by confronting him....You should have minded your own business and left well enough alone.....its people like you that make this world such a sad place .

wondered, not wandered, I have yet to see anyone walk around someone's sexuality, seen a few beat about the bush though.
The only reason anyone should wonder about someone's sexuality is either its there own, or it is someone who they want to sleep with.
Apart from that, he sounds like he has revolting taste in clothes, so must be straight!

He could be.. Why dont you talk to him and find out if he is... Speak one on one and try not to make it seem so obvious
Just say "Just wondering if you want to tell me something" If you say are you gay? It could hurt his feelings if he isnt

Um, point? Do you really think stating two of your work mate's garments is really sufficient evidence to decide his sexuality?
Maybe he just likes them. If he was trying to come out then he would wear a rainbow somewhere or just tell you all, "Hey, I'm gay!"

so maybe he is but he's just testing the water with you and your mate to gauge your reaction before he lets on in case you dont want to be his mate anymore.
