I have looked on the site but cant find the right link to hide my ID when I am bidding.

You can't , It's up to the seller to set up the ad that way

You can't unless you are bidding on something over £100 and then the system sets you as bidder 1, bidder 2, whatever. If you are buying christmas pressies or something you shouldn't, start a new id!!

you can't unless you change your id the seller chooses whether or not to protect bidders id when they list their item. Set up another ID to bid.
