No, it's not true at all. It is true that there is no absolute proof that it cannot be done, but what is unequivocally true is that NOBODY has ever succeeded in demonstrating telekinetic abilities. Either they failed, or were shown to be frauds, or lack of documentation and controls rendered the demonstration unreliable. Beware those who try to tell you how to perform telekinesis while not being able to demonstrate it themselves. Why are they to be believed?

yes, however you will be disappointed to find that telekinesis is an illusionist trick, and not the act of moving things with your mind. Magicians like to use this story to create a sense of mystery and awe to thier performance, but trust me, its all slight of hand tricks.
There are a few who have claimed to have real telekinetic powers, but refuse to prove thier abilities, which leads one to believe they are just doing the same tricks the magicians are doing, but also trying to sell books.
By the way, if anyone mentions the Pear project, it was a failed venture. The numbers gathered in the pear project did not go beyond a statistical norm. In other words, the numbers in the Pear project were not changed enough to prove telekinesis, and also, the Pear project is easily debunked because computer generated random numbers are gathered from a random number generator and are not true random numbers. Therefore one could predict the next number if one knew where the computer was in the formula.
If they started with two computers with the same seed in the formula side by side, and manipulated one, and the two computers got different numbers then I would believe something was happening.

Earth: Population 6.624...Billion and counting at aprox 140-150per minute.
No. of people actually proven to and seen to perform telekinesis: 0
So, anyone can jibber on all they like about what they 'believe' however, 0/6.624bil is still 0. Sorry that is just mathematics speaking, not me. Please, if anyone out there has better math than that and can correct my simple equation, please do. However, unless it has changed since I went to school (which admittedly was a ling time ago...) when you divide anything by 0 the resultant was 0.

I have included a link to the Parapsychological Association for you below. Look up the work of Helmut Schmidt on the site.
I have also included a link to the Princeton University program (PEAR) that studied this for 27 years. Despite the skeptics most of them have arguments that fail to get published in peer reviewed science journals (where the actual PEAR work was published). I would invite you to read the actual work and decide for your self.
FYI: Telekinesis is called psychokinesis (PK) in the scientific research literature.

Many people claim it can be done, as if it's as easy as whistling a tune, but so far not one single person has ever demonstrated such abilities. What does that tell you?
